How Do I Process Payment?

1- Submit a quote request form.

2- We confirm all of your order details with you before invoicing.

3- We email you a PayPal invoice so you can process payment with your credit or debit card.

4- Once payment has been received, we start creating your custom order.

 

It is very helpful to review our portfolio album and fabric swatches prior to completing the form. The most popular fabric swatches can be viewed under the "Minky Color Swatches" menu.

How long does it take to create my order?

Most orders can be completed within 7-10 days after confirming your order details and receiving payment. Completion time depends on the complexity of the requested embroidery design and if the fabric is in stock. You will be informed of the estimated completion time prior to payment. Estimated order completion time is the amount of time it takes to complete your order and does not include ship time. If you need your order expedited, please contact us prior to payment or specify the date you need it by on the order request form. We will try our best to accommodate your deadline.

How Much is Shipping & Do You Ship International?

Shipping is based on package weight and destination zip code through USPS Priority Mail. When you submit your quote request and provide your mailing zip code, we will calculate the estimated cost for shipping and let you know the amount prior to invoicing and processing payment. There are no handling fees.

 

We mainly ship within the United States of America. We have shipped international but please note: the shipping costs are higher and there are some countries who charge the customer/resident/citizen import taxes on the item. If you provide us with your mailing address, we can look up an international ship quote for you prior to placing an order.

What Type of Materials are Used for My Order?

We use all new minky fabrics, supplies and materials for all of our custom blankets.

Our double minky is high quality, ultra soft and plush!

A majority of our fabrics are Shannon Cuddle and Michael Miller brand minky fabrics.

Our embroidery designs are made with high quality specialized polyester embroidery thread and premium stabilizers to ensure the best turn out.

How Does My Purchase Benefit Charity?

A portion of the proceeds from every purchase benefits not-for-profit children's charities. We are currently donating 20% of each purchase to Coping with LM.org

You may choose a different not-for-profit children's charity organization to benefit from your purchase, but it must be pre-approved with us prior.

How Do I Care for My Custom Minky Blanket?

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, alone/seperately from other articles.

Mild detergent, NO fabric softener, NO bleach.

Tumble dry low, remove promptly from dryer.

It is best to avoid fabric softener and fabric softener dryer sheets.

Fabric softener clings to much to the fibers in minky fabrics causing a greasy feel over time.

Do You Accept Returns?

Due to the personalized/custom nature of the product and the not-for-profit donations, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you have any issues or concerns with your order please contact us so we may help resolve the issue.

How Much is Sales Tax?

Sales tax is currently applied at 6.50% to all orders.
